Do I need to send a W-9 form to you after I am accepted on Ascend?

Yes, all U.S. based publishers must send us a W9 form in order to be paid.

NOTE: You must populate and sign the W-9 correctly in order for it to be accepted by our team.

If this is sent without all required fields populated, including signature, it may significantly delay the process to get you set up to receive payments.
