Advertiser Profile Settings

The Advertiser Profile Settings page contains important contact information for the primary user of your account. This page is located under the Account < Profile Settings, in the top right corner of the interface. 

At the top of the Profile Settings page, the name and email of the primary user is displayed, as well as a company logo. Should you need to update this logo, be sure to replace it with a 125 x 125 pixel image in JPG, GIF, or PNG formats. The primary email on your account must be updated by your account strategist or the Customer Care team.

Below the logo is additional information about your company, including the company name, primary website URL, address, categories, and a description of your website.

Finally, advertisers can also add any needed batch URLs at the bottom of the page. Batch URLs are commonly used to import transactions not tracked in real-time, or when automating the corrections process. Before adding a batch URL, be sure to consult your account team.
