In order to submit a new request to the Support team, please follow the below steps:
- Log in to the platform. Please take note of your Program ID on the upper right hand side of your dashboard as this is a mandatory field on the submission form
- Once logged in, select the dropdown menu with the question mark icon.
- From there, select ‘Cases’. This will open a new tab in your browser and will contain the Support request form
- Please fill in all fields of the form to the best of your ability. These fields include your email address, subject, and description of your request. Please also include the Ascend(™) program ID. There is an option for attachments at the bottom should you need to include them.
- Once your form is complete, click the green submit button. You will receive an auto reply to your inbox once your form is submitted, and the team will get back to you as soon as possible. You will typically receive a reply within 1 business day.
To access the Knowledge Center dashboard, please click on the Ascend(™) logo on the upper left hand corner. This is where you will find help articles for brands and partners as well as API documentation.

- Navigate to the Submit a Request form directly.
