Adding a New Primary User

Your Ascend account may only have one administrator at a time. Should you need to update the primary user on your account, please contact your account strategist or [e-mail].

Recognizing that there are risks associated with sharing a login, advertisers can create sub-users so additional team members can access the Ascend Platform. Sub-users can be assigned varying levels of permissions and communication preferences, ensuring the team members managing your affiliate program have access to the data they need, when they need it.
