- Click Date is older than the duration of the payout term: The order was placed outside the cookie window so the system rejects the order

- Column mismatch. Make sure the number of fields matches the number of column header fields: The field count in this row does not match the header.
- Connection Timed Out/FTP/Batch URL: ftp: //.... experienced the following error: Unable to connect to FTP: this means that we could not connect to the FTP and the files were not received. This error needs to be checked as we are not receiving new or corrected files.
- Corrections not allowed on paid or locked transactions: The corrected order feed attempted to correct or modify an order that has already been locked into the system
- Duplicate Item Detected: Duplicate transaction item present and transaction items must be unique.
- Duplicate transaction or order ID: Feed contained an order or SKU ID combination that already exists in the system to the system rejects the order
- Invalid Order ID Specified: No valid Order ID provided in pixel fire.
- Invalid PID provided: Invalid program ID provided
- Invalid PROGRAM_ID provided: Invalid PROGRAM_ID provided
- Item Amount is Not Numeric: Non-numeric value provided for Item amount.
- Item ID must be between 1 and 128 characters long: Supplied Item ID is too long.
- Item Not Found: The item is not in the order and therefore cannot be corrected.
- New items NOT allowed on paid or locked transactions: New items NOT allowed on paid or locked transactions
- No affiliate-program relationship found: Transactions must be associated with an active relationship.
- No payout found for this term with type 'percent': A sale transaction was supplied but there is no sale payout in the assigned term
- Order ID Already Exists: The Order ID was already tracked for the program and order id must be unique.
- Order ID already exists in system: Order ID already exists in the system for this program and order id must be unique.
- Order ID must be between 1 and 50 characters: An order id value over 50 characters was provided and must be less than 50 characters.
- Program ID must be an integer: Invalid program id supplied.
- Program is Not Active: Transactions not allowed on Non-Active programs.
- Program is not Dynamic: Program is not Dynamic but the pixel/batch file is Dynamic.
- Program not found: Invalid program id.
- Publisher is not Active: The publisher is no longer active and must be active to be credited with a sale.
- Publisher Not Found: occurs when there is a transaction not from the affiliate space. This is a result of our new clickless/exclusive coupon tracking technology that has been rolled out. If there is not a clickless/exclusive coupon code applied to the transaction and the order is not affiliate attributed, the system advises that the transaction was not processed and displays this message. This message can be dismissed from your transaction errors.

- The Following Headers Are Required: (Missing Requirements Listed): this means the file was not processed due to being in an incorrect format. No orders were received and the file should be reviewed to correct the format.

- There is no active affiliate-program relationship: Transactions must be associated with an active relationship
- This Order has been suppressed, and we were unable to track it: the transaction utilized a suppressed code but this transaction could not be attributed to the affiliate channel (or to a publisher joined to the program)
- Transaction date must be of the format YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS: Invalid date format.
- Transaction does not exist: The transaction does not exist and therefore cannot be corrected.
- Transaction History record already exists: Attempted to correct a transaction to the same amount twice.
- Transaction not found: The transaction does not exist and therefore cannot be corrected.
- Transaction Rejected by Clear Saleing : if you are utilizing CS: Meaning that the transaction is not recognized as being an affiliate sale
- Unable to find valid payment terms, Please ensure that the Order ID and/or Affiliate ID field(s) are correct: The affiliate was not joined to the program at the time of sale.
- Quantity must be a non-negative integer: This means the value in the file was not an integer and contained a negative number in this system, essentially due to a file containing an amount that should be backed out, not the new amount of the order.
- Quantity must be greater than zero for new transactions: Quantity must be greater than zero for new transactions
