You can access it by navigating to tools and selecting the Link Generator, then dragging the bookmarklet to your browser’s bookmarks bar. To use the tool, go directly to the advertiser’s website and click the bookmarklet to generate your link.
It is important to navigate straight to the advertiser’s site when using the link generator. Avoid clicking through ads, emails, or other promotional placements beforehand, as this can interfere with link creation.
Troubleshooting Link Generator issues:
If the link generator is not working, it may be due to one of the following reasons
• the advertiser does not allow deep linking
• your account is not joined to the advertiser’s program
• an ad blocker or similar browser extension is enabled
To check whether an advertiser allows deep linking, go to creatives and select generic. This will display a list of generic links for your partnered advertisers and indicate whether deep linking is supported.
