Performance Reports

The Performance Reports will provide an overview of the performance of the program both overall and on the publisher level.

GAIN INSIGHTS:

·        Understand how the program is performing overall.

·        Identify any trends in any time frame for revenue and traffic.

·        Determine top performing or under performing publishers.

To access the report:

Click Track > Performance to access both the Overall Performance and Publisher Performance Reports.

Overall Performance Report

Filters at the top provide options to select a Publisher Group, Publisher State, Publisher ID and Date Range. Date Ranges can also be grouped by Day, Week, and Month.

Program Commission Status report includes:

•    Period- timeframe for the activity that occurred
•    Impressions- occurs each time an ad is displayed to a consumer
•    Clicks- occurs when a consumer uses their mouse or touchpad to click on a link
•    Revenue- total revenue driven
•    Commission- total publisher commission
•    Trans- number of transactions that occurred within the period
•    Conv. Rate- is the number of conversions divided by the total number of visitors
•    *Optional columns of Bonus Commission, Site Commission, and Bonus Site Commission may also be included
 

Publisher Performance Report

Filters at the top provide options to select a Publisher ID, Publisher Group, US State, Promotional Type, and Date Range. Results can also be group by the publisher or the combination of the Publisher and their supplied Publisher Referral URL. Note, the publisher must be supplying the Referral URL in their creative links for this field to be populated in the report.

Publisher Performance report includes:
•    ID- the unique identifier assigned to the publisher
•    Publisher- name of the publisher
•    Company- publisher’s company name
•    Impressions- occurs each time an ad is displayed to a consumer
•    Clicks- occurs when a consumer uses their mouse or touchpad to click on a link
•    Conv Rate- is the number of conversions divided by the total number of visitors
•    EPC- calculated by taking the total earnings you have generated over a period, and then dividing that by the number of clicks you have generated for that same period
•    Revenue- total revenue driven
•    Trans. Count- number of transactions that occurred within the period
•    Total Comm.- total publisher and site commission
•    Bonus Amt. – total bonus amount
•    Details- links to transaction details report with filtered results for that publisher
•    *Optional columns of Publisher Site, Leads, and Sales may also be included

All reports can be printed or downloaded with the   button in the top right of the report.
