Clickless Tracking – A type of tracking which triggers a sale in our interface with code redemption rather than the traditional last-click requirement. The dynamic tracking tech closes the gap on omnichannel order tracking and allows publishers to promote their code outside of the traditional affiliate medium—think podcasts, radio shows or television segments. All orders generated with code redemption roll into the reporting suite in real-time.
Exclusive Code Powered by Clickless Tracking -- Clickless tracking is making its debut with Exclusive Code. The tech allows an advertiser to designate a specific code to a single publisher. Each time the code is redeemed, that publisher will receive credit for the sale, regardless of where, if at all, they appear in the click stream.
- Clickless Exclusive Codes are limited to Dynamic Tracking only, meaning that you must have the Dynamic Pixel implemented to take advantage.
- All Exclusive Codes are clickless and will trigger a sale upon code redemption, no click required. Therefore, Clickless Tracking is automatically enabled when an Exclusive Code is set up in Ascend. See setup process below.
- The integration team must enable the Exclusive Coupons permission in admin to ensure that your pixel is passing the appropriate data to use Exclusive Code. Get in touch with our team through the Case System to get started.
- Suppressed Code supersedes Exclusive Code. Be sure that Exclusive Codes are not added to Ascend with Code Suppression to track appropriately.
- All Exclusive Codes must be unique. You cannot use the same coupon code more than once for the same duration.

2. Click the Attribution Features tab. If the advertiser is uses Exclusive Codes, it will say so on this tab.
